Dorret worked with the head of the lab where the glasses are made and called me to follow up to ensure we made the best choice possible.With a colour change on the front, I received my new second sun glasses with exactly the view from within I was expecting (matching my original set) and I couldn't be happier.With so many choices within a 30 minute drive, I am thankful to have found such a highly rated location and the many 5 star reviews are well deserved. Visiting Dorret and Sapna again we discussed all options and with the promo pricing they had on, for only few dollars more I picked up a second reading pair of glasses (as a backup set) versus buying just the sun glasses.When the glasses came in - the sun glasses had a small issue - the combination of the tint, colour and polarization made the view through them much brighter than I hoped.We discussed the options, figured out why it was happening and sent the frame back.
They helped me choose out a pair of reading glasses and sun glasses, going through all the options and why I should choose them.You also get the warm feeling that if you ever need to stop in - as I do time to time - for a quick adjustment and screw tightening - they are happy to see you.I decided 2 months ago to pick up a second pair of sun glasses for sport activities.

This is actually 2 reviews in 1.Around 5 months ago I required wearing glasses once again (many years glasses free from laser eye surgery) and my thanks to all the previous reviewers - choosing this location near my home was an easy choice.Sapna and Dorret are awesome.

Well they came to her store she called me, and with in 15 minute she had the old lenses which were prescription poped out and put in the new frames. Well they were ans she asked them to send it to her store and she told me they should be here tomorrow July 20th. She looked the number up and called another store which was at Mavis and Britania which said they had one pair left, to make sure they were the ones she ask that store if they could send a picture of the glasses to make sure they were the ones. She went through her box of Bolles which they were there. They were Bolles which i believe had been discontinued. Just broke my sunglasses which i had since 2018, but she knew exactly which ones they were by looking at them.
